AbraCORNdabra is moving AGAIN!
WE ARE RETURNING TO THE AIRPORT HOLIDAY INN!
Steve has “handed the baton over to Mikayla” to produce AbraCORNdabra 2026.
Steve will still be involved with co-producing the convention, but it will be 85% “Mikayla’s show”!
We are VERY excited to see what direction Mikayla takes AbraCORNdabra in under her leadship. Mikayla has been a part of AbraCORNdabra since day one when she was just a young teen. She has grown up with the convention and knows it’s workings inside & out! The 2025 convention was run entirely by Mikayla and was hailed as “One of the best AbraCORNdabra’s in recent history!”
Since NONE of the hotels in our price range had our May dates available…
We struggle each year to maintain prices to make
AbraCORNdabra the best “Magical BANG-FOR-YOUR-BUCK”!
(although one hotel DID suddenly clear up that weekend for us, it was too late,
Mikayla had already signed a contract with our new location)
She has decided to move the convention dates to the Fall.
From now on, AbraCORNdabra will be held the
SECOND WEEKEND IN SEPTEMBER EACH YEAR!
We are so excited to be returning to our FAVORITE hotel we had worked with for 9 years,
The Airport Holdiay Inn!

(which includes the mega grocery story HY-VEE, as well as shopping districts and more!)

* Domed huge seating area for dining & socializing.

The decision was between finding a more expensive hotel for our May dates we have had for the last 15 years – OR – move the dates to the second week of September and enjoy the convnience and fantastic hospitality of the Airport Holiday Inn!
